p style="text-align: justify;"This role exists to provide the Entertainment Department with quality lighting technicians for live shows in order to provide Park Guests with a high-quality entertainment experience matching the expected level of Dolly’s and the Dollywood brand. This role is designed to perform lighting technical duties, adjust programming if asked, and to provide needed operational support to multiple facilities./p

liBe primary technician for all daily operational responsibilities related to show lighting/li
lispanHave the ability to make programming changes to existing show programs and lighting software/span/li
lispanThe ability to make operational decisions in response to changing situations/span/li
lispanBe able to react to daily equipment needs and upkeep/span/li
lispanOperate different types of lighting consoles and spotlights with and without called cues/span/li
lispanResponsible for routine site maintenance and upkeep of lighting systems and related components. Also responsible for maintenance and upkeep that requires a high level of investigation and problem solving/span/li
lispanBe able to complete repairs on cabling systems and modern moving-light fixtures/span/li
lispanBe responsible for multiple show tracks/span/li
lispanBe able to provide technical back up support to multiple park venues as needed/span/li
lispanBe able and willing to share knowledge and best use cases with other technical team members/span/li
lispanMust work well with Stage Manager, cast and crew/span/li
lispanResponsible for staging and resetting various stages for next show/span/li
lispanChanging stage sets for different shows/span/li
lispanWear Dollywood Entertainment provided costume or uniform/span/li
lispanKeep work area orderly, neat, safe, and well-maintained/span/li
lispanAssist in other areas of Entertainment Division as directed/span/li
lispanDrive company vehicles (cars, vans, non-commercial trucks) to transport personnel and/or supplies/span/li
lispanParticipate in work calls and complete tasks in a timely manner/span/li

lispanMinimum 18 years of age/span/li
lispanHigh School diploma or equivalent required/span/li
lispanMust have experience with lighting instruments and a good working knowledge of electricity/span/li
lispanKnowledge of function and troubleshooting of various equipment and software, including but not limited to Hog consoles, DMX control, and Qlab/span/li
lispanExperience in programming lighting software and show control systems, preferred/span/li
lispanMust be able to operate lighting system in a safe manner/span/li
lispanMust be able to operate a computer and be knowledgeable of general use programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel/span/li
lispanMust have strong knowledge of instillation, operation and repair of modern moving-light fixtures/span/li
lispanMust possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance/span/li
lispanETCP certification in theater rigging and electrical preferred but not required/span/li
lispanMust successfully complete a pre-employment offer background check and drug screening/span /li
