The right Warehouse Dock and Delivery Team Member checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator./p pThe Warehouse Dock and Delivery Team Member maintains appropriate receiving for inbound freight, loads and delivers stock and packages to merchandise shops, games facilities and other divisions in accordance with safety guidelines and Dollywood procedures. Communicating shortages to warehouse leadership as appropriate/li liSupport the daily operation of the Dollywood Warehouse including, but not limited to, receiving and processing inbound freight, auditing, loading and delivering within all Dollywood properties, packing and preparing outbound shipments, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments/li liMust be able to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pickers, etc. in addition to various sizes of delivery trucks; appropriate training will be provided/li liMaintain a high degree of attention to detail and concentration to sustain an ordinary routine with minimal supervision/li liOperating vehicles and equipment in an efficient manner and follow all policy and procedures of the Dollywood Company/li liRepresent the Dollywood Company in a friendly and professional manner to guests, vendors, suppliers and fellow Hosts/li liSupports all teammates with words, behavior and actions that are in alignment to attain locations budgeted profit and maintain a positive work environment/li liFollows all Merchandise Operational Policies and Procedures effectively and adheres to all Merchandise Safety Guidelines.
