The Rover position is often part-time and on call for flexibility in coveringnbsp;shifts at various locations, ensuring the safety and security of our properties. strongWe are looking for someone with open availability, morning shifts are a must./strong We are also looking for someone with strongexperience in security in banks as well as Rover experience/strong. uYou will be covering shifts at our banks, which include areas like Walnut, San Gabriel, Los Angeles, Rowland Heights, South Pasadena, Temple city and more./u The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security concerns.nbsp;/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities:/pp- Monitor site conditions to identify potential security concerns or safety hazards./pp- Respond promptly to alarms and notify the police or fire department in case of emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized access./pp- Verbally warn individuals of rule infractions and ensure compliance with property regulations./pp- Allow authorized personnel to enter the property and monitor access points to maintain security./pp- Monitor and enforce property removal policies to deter theft and unauthorized activities./pp- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities./pp- Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner./ppSkills and Qualifications:/pp- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred./pp- Strong observational and problem-solving skills./pp- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills./pp- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations./pp- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends./pp- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures./ppWe welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
