Your job is to get cans in hands while driving a national marketing program./p ul listrongCans in Hands: /strongYou’ll be travelling to local Monster branded events with the goal of bringing energy to the crowd through sampling and eye-catching merchandising./li listrongBrand Ambassador: /strongYou’ll embody the Monster Energy brand and get others excited about our product too!/li listrongBuilding Impactful Relationships: /strongBoost opportunities for our sales division by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts./li /ul pstrongThe impact you’ll make: /strong/p pAmbassadors will have several Roles and Responsibilities related to consumer engagement merchandising including, but not limited to the following:/p pConsumer Engagement/p ul liActively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling/li liApproach consumers who “need” energy and generate trial/li liDistribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty/li liResponsibly care for program materials assets for Monster Energy Company./li liArrive on time and adhere to shift schedule/li liMaintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform/li liEnsure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers/li liRespond in a timely manner to Consumer Engagement Team Lead and Regional Field Manager as needed/li liAssist in managing inventory of regional storage units/li liAssist in recruiting additional team members as needed/li liLead or support event planning, logistics and other aspects of partnerships as needed/li /ul pMerchandising/p ul liMerchandise MEC products in the cold vault and in coolers/li liAs assigned, conduct routine store checks to ensure MEC products are stocked on shelves according to in-store schematics/li liCheck that all Point of Sale (POS) is correctly and accurately displayed at store level including; but not limited to, pricing, promotional signage and displays./li liTransmit daily account data via app-based tools/li /ul pstrongWho you are: /strong/p ul liMust be able to stand for long periods of time/li liMay be required to travel when necessary/li liMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required/li liMust have a clean driving record/li liMust be 21 years of age or older/li liMust be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts (2 shifts per month required) including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events./li liMust be able to commute to storage warehouse located in 92806 zip code. /li /ul p*Scheduled hours up to Management discretion./p p /p pem“This position has an annual estimated hourly pay range of $20.00 - $21.00.
