You will provide compassionate and personalized direct care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence, maintaining their privacy, and respecting their dignity. Our Care Partners work in a team setting to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.nbsp;/ppbr//ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliAssist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed, while adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety./liliPrioritize independence and emotional support for the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship./liliEncourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs./liliAssist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds, tidying rooms, etc./liliPromote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/strong/ppstrongEducation:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliCurrent caregiver training is a plus./liliCurrent First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain./li/ulpstrongExperience, Competencies, and Skills:/strong/pulliAt least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting./liliExperience with memory care is preferred./liliStrong communication skills and a teamwork mindset./liliPositive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect./liliAttention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity./liliWillingness to participate in weekend rotation./li/ulpbr//ppbr//p
