pPerform all responsibilities of restaurant team members /p

pSupport the Famp;B Manager in meeting operational goals and execution /p
/li
/ul
ul style="list-style-type:disc"
li
pEnsure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages /p

pCommunicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members /p
/li
/ul
ul style="list-style-type:disc"
li
pCoach Famp;B team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback /p

li
pSupport the training of Famp;B team members as needed /p
/li
/ul

pPerform oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift /p

pCommunicate clearly with the next OPS Famp;B Supervisor to help prepare him/her for shift /p

pEnsure Food Safety standards are met /p

pManage Inventory throughout the shift /p

pRequired Qualifications: /p

pA minimum of one-year experience in the food and beverage industry. /p

pPrevious leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred. /p
