This position is temporary, hourly rate of pay on supplemental programs./p /div div h2Duties and Responsibilities/h2 /div div ul liManages students during meal service (behavior problems will be referred to the teachers or administration according to guidelines established by the individual school site)./li liCommunicates with students and school staff in a positive and professional manner utilizing appropriate customer service and interpersonal skills./li liCirculates throughout the cafeteria or in areas where meals are served and/or eaten assisting students who need assistance./li liAssists with the cleanliness of the cafeteria./li liDismisses classes in an orderly manner at the scheduled time./li liEncourages good table manners and citizenship./li liModels the WJCC Strategic Plan Values: Individualism, Integrity, Innovation, Accountability and Collaboration./li liPerforms other duties as assigned./li /ul /div div h2Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required)/h2 /div div ul liHigh school diploma or GED preferred./li liRelated experience in customer service preferred. Prior experience with children preferred./li liExcellent communication skills necessary to positively interact with the students and staff members./li liAble to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
