Must be able to safely use and follow instructions regarding pressurized liquids and chemicals commonly used in pressure washing. Ensure that all quality standards and customer expectations are met. Operate all pressure washing equipment and accessories. Pressure clean surfaces that have been contracted for cleaning. Loads and unloads equipment and supplies from trucks. Inspect all work prior to demobilizing and leaving a job site to ensure that all of the work has been completed. Regular and timely attendance. Inspect all equipment for proper configuration and working conditions. Clean equipment. Ability to perform manual tasks related to the operation and moving of heavy equipment, hoses and work appliances. Perform physical labor tasks and to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and occasionally safely lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds. Use hand or power tools.
