Get ready to ensure a positive first interaction by welcoming pet parents and their pets (our 'guests') as they enter the resort while smiling and conversing/liliOrganizing and processing check-ins and check-outs/liliWalking our four-legged friends for drop off and pickup and coordinating suite placement while ensuring all needs are met/liliAnswering in-coming phone calls; listening, and responding to voicemails; and responding to emails- all in a timely, problem-solving manner/liliCompleting cashier and point of sale operations/liliCommunicating and following through with pet parent and resort leadership requests/liliMaintaining cleanliness of the entranceway and lobby, including the restrooms/liliResponsible for maintaining, cleaning, and supporting the cat room (per resort routines)/liliActing as a liaison to veterinary service team; veterinary appointment status and arrivals./li/ulpstrongQUALIFICATIONS TO BE A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE: /strong/pulliOne to two years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)/liliDetailed, but can work with a sense of urgency while providing exceptional customer service/liliCheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail, especially where documentation is concerned/liliEnjoys problem solving in order to provide our guests and customers with a premier experience/liliThis position requires a considerable amount of physical labor, including pet handling, walking, and standing for long periods of time/liliComfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs/liliFlexibility to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, holidays, and peak times/li/ulpstrongWHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK HERE/strong/ppWE ARE PET PEOPLE!
