(includes blood glucose monitoring)/liliAdministers medication or assists with this under the direction of the Registered Nurse (includes insulin injections)./liliTakes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration under the direction of the Registered Nurse./liliPerforms specified home services:/liliPerforms laundry service per schedule./liliFollows cleaning schedule for the shift worked./liliDelivers meal trays./liliAssists with meal service in dining room./liliAssists with preparing for and/or facilitating resident social and recreational activities as assigned and as requested./liliObserves tenants/residents and reports status to appropriate staff./liliNotifies appropriate staff of changes in physical and/or emotional conditions such as change in attitude or mood, loss of appetite, change in weight./liliServes as a mandated reporter and reports any concerns regarding potential mistreatment/liliOffers pertinent observations and input./liliResponds appropriately to resident and building emergencies./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"br /strongRequired Qualifications/strong/pulliless than 1 year/liliAbility to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines/liliIf under 18 must be on MN NAR registry/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"strongPreferred Qualifications/strong/pulli1-3 years' experience/li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px;"Compensation: $21.32-$29.72 Hourly/p Benefit Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
