It’s why we’ve built a culture-focused and diverse ​​environment for you that offers opportunities for advancement with industry-leading benefits. /ppstrongBenefits you can count on:  /strong/pullistrongPay Rate: $17.00 to $19.06 per hour, plus $0.50 per hour 3rd shift differential/strong/liliSunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:30am/liliGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. /liliEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. /lili401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. /liliAdditional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! /li/ulpstrongWhat you’ll do as a Sanitation Teammate:/strong/pulliMaintain a clean work environment in the offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas. /liliOffices: vacuum and/or mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows /walls, etc. /liliRestrooms: Clean sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies, etc. /liliBreak rooms, entrances and locker areas: Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies, etc. /liliDC / Transportation: Sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets. /liliDivision Grounds:  Pick-up / empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans /liliPainting inside and outside of the facility. /liliOther duties may be assigned. /li/ulpstrongQualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: /strong/pulliAt least 18 years of age.  /liliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred  /liliAble to perform accurate visual inspections.  /liliThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
