This position will be based at the Naperville, IL outpatient rehabilitation clinic. The Rehab Tech will assist the front office coordinator and clinician team with administration and clinical duties. They will assist with patient care by greeting patients and working alongside clinicians during treatments./span/p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilitiesspan /span/strongspaninclude the following. /span/p ul lispanAssist office coordinator with check-in patients./span/li lispanAssist office coordinator with answering phones and scheduling appointments./span/li lispanHelps keep track of office supplies./span/li lispanFiles charts as needed./span/li lispanPrepares patient for treatment./span/li lispanAssist patients with supportive DME equipment before and after treatment./span/li lispanAssist and motivates patients during exercises under the direction of professional staff./span/li lispanProvides routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and other modalities such as Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation, etc./span/li lispanCleans and sanitize equipment after treatment./span/li lispanWashes linens/towels, folds and maintains linen cabinets/span/li lispanMaintains office area clean./span/li lispanCommunicates well in a professional setting./span/li lispanPerform additional duties as required.  /span/li /ul pspanstrongEducation and/or Experience/strong/span/p ul lispanPrevious rehab aide experience preferred./span/li lispanInterest in rehabilitation preferred./span/li lispanMinimum of a high school diploma or GED required./span/li lispanBasic knowledge of equipment required./span/li lispanStrong background in providing excellent customer service skills/span/li lispanAbility to be compassionate towards patients./span/li lispanAbility to communicate with all levels./span/li lispanEnergetic and team player./span/li /ul pspan /span/p pstrongWhat’s in it for you?
