pDescription/ppThe Conflicts Analyst is responsible for assisting in the identification of potential conflicts of interest by conducting database research, analyzing client and matter information, and ensuring compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures regarding conflicts clearance and client intake. This role involves reviewing new business intake requests, researching corporate histories, maintaining conflicts databases, and preparing reports to support the firm’s risk management efforts.
