Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience./ppbr//ppAs the Busser/Server's Assistant, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by setting tables; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining establishment./ppbr//ppstrongWHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE/strong/pulliClear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station/liliWipe tables, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table/liliAssist wait staff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware/liliMaintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity/liliRetrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use/liliMust be able to identify and explain all dishes on current menus/liliPerform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters/li/ulpGHG24/ppRequirements/ppstrongWHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED/strong/pulliBasic math skills required/liliLegible handwriting/liliTeamwork/liliStrong customer service and oral communication skills/liliFrequently required to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the work shift/liliBalance serving tray on one hand while distributing orders to customers with the other/liliCarry and set up folding table to support particularly heavy orders/liliTake customer orders, review customer bills and smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas/liliSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus/li/ulpstrongMANDATORY REQUIREMENT/strong/pulliU.S. Work Authorization (required)./li/ulpstrongJOIN A TEAM THAT MAKES AN IMPRESSION/strong/ppAt Geronimo Hospitality Group, we are strongcool people who work hard/strong.
