The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the Diamond Rating program in 1976.brbrstrongWhat you will be doing:/strong/pul liPrepare station-specific food items according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality./li liMonitor product storage, portion sizes, and special items like stocks and sauces./li liMaintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations./li liEnsure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational./li liUphold high standards of food production and presentation./li liMaintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices./li liManage station setup, breakdown, and prep work./li liFollow recipe specifications for all food preparation./li/ulpstrongWhat we are looking for: /strong/pul liPrevious cooking experience required, 1-2 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred. /li liHigh school diploma preferred. /li liMust own a set of knives./li liSufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc./li liAbility to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds./li liAbility to stand for long periods, work in a confined space with high levels of noise and frequent interruptions, and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges./li liAbility to obtain any local, state or federal license or certification for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification./li liMust join H.E.R.E.
