This part-time role offers anbsp;strongflexible schedule/strongnbsp;and the opportunity to provide specialized foot and ankle care to residents in a clinical setting./pp/ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pul liProvide face-to-face evaluation and treatment of referred residents forbrpodiatric conditions./li liTreat a range of disorders including, but not limited to:/li ul liBunions/li liCalluses and Corns/li liFungal Nails/li liFoot and Ankle Fractures/li liGout/li liHeel Pain/li liIngrown Toenails/li /ul liConduct monthly on-site clinics; schedule determined in coordinationbrwith AuSSLC upon contract award./li liSee an average of 20 patients per month./li liProvide staff and caregiver education on foot care, proper shoe fitting,brand maintenance of foot health./li liReview medical histories provided by the facility to guide treatmentbrdecisions./li liMaintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable policies andbrprocedures of the facility./li liServices may be required on state “skeleton crew” holidays but not onbrfully closed state holidays./li liParticipate in a mandatory two-week orientation and training prior tobrinitiating clinical services./li liRespond to emergency service requests within one hour, if applicable./li /ulpstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongQualifications:/strong/pul li strongEducation:/strongnbsp;Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree./li li strongLicensure:/strongnbsp;Active Texas podiatry license (TDLR)./li li strongExperience:/strongnbsp;Minimumnbsp;strong3 years/strongnbsp;of clinical podiatry experience./li li strongCertifications:/strongnbsp;Valid CPR certification./li li strongTechnical Skills:/strongnbsp;Proficiency in diagnosing and treating foot/ankle conditions./li li strongSoft Skills:/strongnbsp;Strong communication, patient education, and compliance with facility policies./li /ulpstrongBenefits/strong/ppstrongWhy Join Us?/strong/pul li strongCompetitive Compensation:/strongnbsp;Earnnbsp;strong$67.88/hr/strongnbsp;for your expertise./li li strongFlexible Work Schedule:/strongnbsp;Balance your professional and personal commitments./li li strongProfessional Growth:/strongnbsp;Gain valuable experience in a collaborative and mission-driven environment./li li strongImpactful Work:/strongnbsp;Make a difference by improving patient outcomes through specialized podiatric care./li /ul
