Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line./p/lilipDocument all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis./p/lilipPerform root cause analysis of major downtime events./p/lilipAssist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand./p/lilipPerform facility/building project work as assigned. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs.br /Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production. Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.
