Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor./ppbr/ppESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/pp1. Serving food and beverages to guests following company policies and procedures./pp2. Complete understanding of the menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service./pp3. Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. and intoxication procedures./pp4. Proper use of the POS system and cash/tip handling./pp5. Comprehension of the wine list and pairing with menu items./pp6. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory listing./pp7. Pouring drinks at proper levels and limiting waste and ensuring all beverages go on the guest check./pp8. Keep alert to guests needs such as pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents./pp9. Notifying the manager on duty of any guest dissatisfaction before the guest leaves the table./pp10. Keep all dining room areas neat, cleaned, and stocked./pp11. Follow proper procedures for take out including answering the takeout phone within three rings./pp12. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management using “clean as you go” techniques./pp13. Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures./pp14. Follow company attendance policy including arriving for work timely, calling off procedures, and acceptable attendance records./pp15. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene./pp16. Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and Hospitality Imperatives./pp17.
