The TIA student support is directed and supervised by the IE Coordinator with cooperation and input from classroom instructor and/or school administration.nbsp;nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongP/strongstrongrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/span/p ol liWorks with identified IE students individually, in small groups, and in the classroom to reinforce learning of basic and advanced skills to improve school success./li liDevelops plans of appropriate activities for IE students to achieve the objectives directed by the classroom instructor./li liAssists the IE studentrsquo;s classroom instructor in the preparation of strategies and materials to reinforce basic and more advanced skills for individual students./li liAssists classroom instructors with IE student behavior management as requested.nbsp;nbsp;/li liAlerts the classroom instructor and IE Coordinator of any issues about an IE student.nbsp;/li liParticipates in IE staff activities and developments at assigned building, department, and district levels as necessary./li liWorks with IE students on computer to access and develop necessary academic skills as needed to supplement learning./li liAssists with testing as requested./li liAttends IE TIA and building staff, Individual Evaluation Plan (IEP) and Team Addressing Student Concerns (TASC) meetings as requested by the IE Coordinator.nbsp;
