Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ulliProvides minor maintenance for Airport buildings and facilities.liWashes windows, walls, floors and bathroom fixtures; strips, waxes and buffs floors; dusts, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors; dusts and cleans blinds.liPerforms rug and carpet cleaning.liDisposes of refuse, litter and trash.liHelps set up building and rooms for activities and special events.liPerforms routine building and facilities inspection and security checks.liPerforms minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures; changes light bulbs, sanitizes kitchens, bathrooms and entrances to buildings.liPerforms errands in the form of delivering furniture and ordering and picking up supplies.liPerforms assigned functions as a Disaster Ready Team (DRT) member, if appointed or volunteer.liPerforms related tasks as required./ul/ph2Minimum Qualifications/h2pGeneral knowledge of a variety of maintenance and manual tasks involved in building cleaning and minor maintenance work; general knowledge in the use of common cleaning and maintenance tools; general knowledge of the safe use and operation of tools and equipment; ability to perform manual labor; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public./ph2Other Qualifications/h2ppModerate experience in maintenance and housekeeping, or equivalent combination of education and experience.brbrMust have current valid driver's license./ppemMust be able to successfully pass initial and reoccurring Criminal History Records Checks (CHRC) and Security Threat Assessments (STA) to obtain and maintain an airport issued security (SIDA) badge./em/ppSalary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget and market considerations.nbsp;/p/p
