When it comes to the workplace, we offer the perfect balance of establishment and progressive, employee-focused initiatives all wrapped in one elegant package./span/p p style="background:#FFFFFF;"span style="color:#000000;"We're looking for a Server/Bartender to join our amazing team!strong This is a PM Server/Bartender shift beginning as early as 3:30pm and finish as late as 11pm./strong strongThis is a part-time position, working 1-3 shifts per week and between 5-15 hours per week./strong /span/p ul liGreeting and seating customers/li liTaking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system/li liMaking menu item recommendations/li liCommunicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff/li liEnsuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality/li liProviding attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals/li liPromptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary/li liVerify identification and age requirements of customers/li liMix traditional and creative cocktails/li liProcess payment from customers/li liClean glasses and bar utensils/li liMake suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences/li liRecord and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits/li liOpen and maintain tabs throughout their shift/li liBuild a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere/li lispan style="color:#000000;"2 years serving experience required.
