Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!/h3p style="text-align:inherit"/pWe are hiring!!!brStarting pay $17/hrbrbrResponsible for operating a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers and performing warehouse activities including parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.pubEssential Job Duties /b/u/pulliReceives labels from the supervisor for parts to be pulled for the assigned route./liliPulls parts from the appropriate bins and delivers them to the staging area for loading./liliOperates a forklift or order selector to transport parts in and about the warehouse./liliLoads truck according to the delivery schedule and performs a final check-off of parts loaded./liliSorts and places parts and supplies on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence./liliRespond to customer counter sales immediately by receiving orders, pulling products and loading them into the customer vehicle./liliVerifies in-stock position on product for inside sales staff./liliDrives a company box truck to deliver salvage parts to customer locations./liliPhysically loads truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, manifest and other paperwork associated with deliveries to be made./liliDrives to the delivery destination and physically unloads truck and verifies parts unloaded. Picks up returned parts and collects customer payments as necessary./liliAssume other duties as assigned./li/ulp/ppubSupervisory Responsibilities/b/u/pulliNot responsible for supervising employees./li/ulpbuBasic Qualifications/u/b/pp/ppbEducation amp; Experience/b/pulli6#43; months of related warehouse experience./liliPossess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record./liliMust qualify for Corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance./liliMust meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations./liliMust be at least 21 years of age./liliMust comply with state and local mandated requirements as well as Department of Transportation (“DOT”) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (“FMCSA”) regulations./li/ulp/ppbPreferred /bbQualifications /b /pulliHigh school graduate or GED equivalent./lili Forklift certification/experience and knowledge of RF scanners are helpful./li/ulp/ppbKnowledge/Skills/Abilities /b /pulliAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals./liliBasic computer skills./liliRegularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills.
