Knoxville Bruster's Store Manager
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who aims to be a vital member of our Knoxville Bruster’s team. We are currently hiring for our Farragut location in Turkey Creek. We are looking for an individual to embrace our Bruster’s core values and lead a team of young adolescent adults through the highs and lows of having a first time job. With an average of 20-30 employees at a store, we are needing a manager who is passionate about communicating, training, and motivating a young staff to success. In addition, the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment is critical for this position. We are looking for an individual who is ready to start as soon as possible and train at our other Knoxville locations.
Pay/ Benefits
Salary: $40,00 - $50,000 depending on experience.
Tips: Expect $7,000 - $12,000 yearly in tips.
6 Month Bonus program: Bonus’s are dependent on store’s sales, cost of goods, and labor costs.

Flexible Schedule: As manager, you have full control of creating your own schedule. We expect your weekly schedule to be a mix of opening, mid, weekend, and closing shifts.
Yearly salary increases based off of store’s performance.
Qualifications
Previous retail or restaurant management experience.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends while maintaining 40 hours a week.
Must have reliable transportation. We ask all managers to go to the store, the bank, and also to be prepared for the shifts that they might need to cover unexpectedly.
Duties and Responsibilities
While working a shift, managers are upfront, serving, greeting, and interacting with customers while also leading and supporting the staff on the floor. Our Farragut location will have a drive-thru, with numerous points of sales and customer interactions occurring simultaneously on windows and drive-thru. Managers will be responsible for supervising and streamlining speed of service and efficiency.
Lead by example, your staff is always watching you. Do the little things right and your team members will follow.
Ensure that the store is focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Staffing your store with well rounded kids! You will be in charge of hiring scoopers, crew leaders, ice cream maker’s, and assistant managers when turnover happens and when sales pick up for summer.
Ensure that the store is clean and appealing to customers. Managers must be able to delegate tasks appropriately and effectively. We tell all managers to take pride in their store and the product that they hand out the window to customers. Store cleanliness is a top priority to us!
We also serve artisan desserts made to order, including crunchy handmade waffle cones and bowls, customized sundaes, candy-filled blasts, ice cold freezes and thick milkshakes.
