Welders

Our client located in Southbridge, MA, is looking for qualified Welders to join their growing team!

Starting Rates: Varies based on position and experience – competitive wages offered!

Welder Job Duties:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products

• Install and repair industrial equipment and components

• Read and follow blueprints to meet project specifications

• Calculate and verify material measurements

• Conduct tests to ensure weld quality and adherence to tolerances

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with OSHA standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Welder Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and manufacturing (MIG/TIG)

• Skilled in using welding tools and procedures

• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• English speaking required
