Requirements of position
We are seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Middlebury, IN. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trained across multiple areas of production and machinery. Great opportunity for individuals looking to learn new skills and grow within a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to be cross-trained in various departments
- Must be open to overtime and flexible with schedule changes
- Steel-toe boots, jeans, and hard hat required (PPE provided if needed)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities of position
· Assist with general warehouse tasks including material handling, stacking, and organizing
· Use hand tools and air tools to build skids and assemble components
· Operate machinery (training provided)
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Follow safety protocols, including wearing required PPE
