About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our patient base for custom rehab and DME services. You'll focus on identifying and engaging potential patients, while also supporting the evaluation process to ensure they receive the right equipment tailored to their needs. This position is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a commission-driven environment and are eager to advance into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and outreach to potential patients through marketing strategies, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other partners to generate leads for custom rehab and DME.
- Assist in patient evaluations, including initial assessments, equipment recommendations, and coordination with clinical teams.
- Educate patients and families on available equipment options, benefits, and customization processes.
- Track leads, conversions, and patient progress to optimize marketing efforts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the equipment provision process and improve patient satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare outreach (experience in rehab, DME, or medical equipment is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of patient evaluation processes or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; comfortable working independently in a commission-based structure.
- Basic technical aptitude for handling equipment demonstrations and evaluations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential travel to patient sites or events.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred but not required.
