We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Midlothian Sedona Taphouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food service industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of food production and service, while also fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper food handling practices are adhered to at all times.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in food service management and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Proven General Manager (minimum 5 years) in a full service, high volume, high quality environment.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
• Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
