Leasing Agent

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a property located in Uptown New Orleans.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and some leasing experience.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and working with the prospects, guests, and residents who visit the front office
• Answering phones document inbound and outbound calls
• Lease-up experience and knowledge of Housing rules
• Follow up on work orders
• Experience with Property Management Software and Yardi
• Must have good technical skills
• Additional duties as needed

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• High School Diploma 
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
