Dispatch:
Concrete Cutting and Demolition Service Company is looking for a team-oriented candidate with a positive attitude who is capable of handling high volume calls and pressured situations. Experience in the industry is ideal.
Responsibility:
- Schedule service calls and dispatch service trucks.
- Some Data entry, some paperwork coding.
- Maintain/Order blade inventory
- Communicate with Project Managers
- Communicate with our on-site fleet mechanic team
- Answer Company-issued Cell phone and landline
Requirements:
- English (Fluent Speak/write)
- Some Spanish (Ideal)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays if needed
- Basic computer skills and typing
- Attention to details and ability to mult-task
- Customer service oriented
- Pass drug screening.
