Management Analyst

Salary Range: $71,307 - $90,000

College of Test and Evaluation (CT&E) Management Analyst supporting and aiding the development of Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) Air Vehicle Test & Evaluation (AVT&E) employees.

Essential Job Functions:

This position provides direct support to the AVT&E Department Head, AVT&E Division Heads, Branch Heads, AVT&E Chief of OPS and Z-code as well as AVT&E initiatives and ensuring support for all AVT&E branches.

This position will require the incumbent to generate necessary metrics for the various supported NTWL/AVT&E initiatives.

Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security.

May perform tasks relative to the control of company and/or Government property assigned to the organization.

May perform facilities planning activities, including coordinating the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment.

May act as facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer and Government security regulations and procedures.

May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports. Participates in special projects as required.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

An Associate degree plus 7 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in office management, filing, and related office equipment operations with at least 3 of those years with related administrative and analytical experience.

Active Secret Clearance.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of the NAVAIR travel system DTS (Defense Travel System).

Knowledge of DISS (Defense Information Security System).

Knowledge of CMP (Common Message Processor) system.

Knowledge of BASICS II (Base Access Security Information Control System).
