Chipper Operator  Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Operate chipper or other hand truck

• Taking limbs and brush and putting into the chipper to grind the material 

• Move materials from warehouse to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations

• Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company

• Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped

• Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment

• Identify safety hazards in the workplace

•  Remove chipped material from the floor. 

Chipper Shift Info

• Day Shift, 7:00 to 3:30

• Monday - Friday

Chipper  Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• experience preferred

• Able to work in the cold and outside

• Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace

• Current forklift license and certification

• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted

• Able to work night, weekends, and holidays

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently

• Able to pass a background check
