LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Tempe who is in search of an organized Dispatcher to support our field operations team. In this role, you will serve as the key connection between customers and technicians—ensuring service requests are processed efficiently, schedules are maintained, and technicians are dispatched on time. This position is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully on site. 

What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage work orders and service requests

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on job priority and availability

• Monitor daily schedules to ensure timely job completion

• Conduct on-site tours and coordination with technicians as needed

• Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly with the field team

• Track job progress and update systems in real time

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Proficiency with scheduling or work order software (a plus)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
