Salary: Up to $25/hr. DOE

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Mitigation / Restoration Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing hands-on restoration and mitigation services in residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service during challenging situations. IICRC Certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and assist in disaster recovery efforts
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire/smoke cleanup, and mold remediation
• Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filters
• Remove damaged materials and assist with demolition and cleanup
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and moisture readings
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of job sites and company vehicles
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Assist in packing, inventorying, and restoring contents when applicable
• Support the Project Manager with job setup, monitoring, and closeout tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of restoration equipment and procedures
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset

Preferred Certifications

• IICRC Certification (Water, Mold, Fire, or Smoke, etc.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Disaster recovery, property damage, and emergency response
• Forklift or equipment operation experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
