American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience for a 13-week Home Health assignment in the Palm Springs, CA area.
Details\n- \n
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population \n
- Territory covers a 50-mile radius from the hub/office in the Palm Springs area \n
- Typical caseload of 5–7 patients per day \n
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break \n
- No on-call or weekend requirements \n
- EMR: HCHB (experience required) \n
- Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate \n

- Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required \n
- Current CA PT license required (no pending licenses accepted) \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- HCHB EMR experience required \n
- OASIS experience required \n
- License required if applicable \n

- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position \n

- All time-off requests must be disclosed upfront \n
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration \n
