GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Leasing Consultant to the team in Merced, CA, come join our dynamic property management team!

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
• Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

• At least 1 solid year of current and proven work experience
• 1 year of excellent customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
• Organized
• Handle high volume work load and able to multitask well
• Follow directions and work independently
• Able to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule 9am-6pm (summer hours) and 8am-5pm (winter hours)
