Residential LPN

Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Undergo paid in house MAP certification training for a day.

Requirements:
• Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to pass Cori, fingerprint, DPPC and drug screening.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• BLS certification
• Up-to-date immunizations (covid vaccine is not required).

Pay:
• $36.50/ HR
• 2K sign-on bonus
