Overview:

We have a client looking to hire a dependable and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician for a well-established manufacturer based in Ripon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in troubleshooting electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulic circuits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, and automation controls.

  • Install and maintain electrical/electronic systems guided by schematics and blueprints.

  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and basic mechanical equipment.

  • Install and monitor performance of electrical systems, fixtures, and control panels.

  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks using CMMS tools.

  • Interpret blueprints, perform layout work, and assist in complex installations.

  • Mentor and oversee junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (2-year minimum) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology.

  • 5+ years’ industrial or manufacturing experience in electrical/mechanical roles.

  • Experience with PLCs, electrical power distribution, and industrial equipment.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass pre-employment drug and physical screening.

  • Proficient in CMMS systems and blueprint interpretation.
