Lead Cook - Full-time

Description Schedule: Part time, Days/evenings Requirements + Demonstrates the ability to work in a kitchen where large quantities of food are prepared. + Exhibits a caring and patient behavior towards residents. + Monitors inventory control and supplies + Demonstrate accurate record keeping + Demonstrates the ability to use kitchen equipment. + Demonstrates the ability to use general cleaning equipment and materials. + Posses the ability to function as a team member. + Prepares and portions food items as designated EDUCATION + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Must be able to read, write and understand English language + Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide + Must have knowledge of basic computer skills. EXPERIENCE + Minimum of three years working in the food service industry. + Restaurant experience preferred.
