With recent multi-million-dollar projects awarded by top-tier tech companies, this company is experiencing rapid growth—projected to nearly triple its revenue within the next year. To support this momentum, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our precision machining team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC milling or lathe machines to meet detailed engineering specifications.
Upload/download programs using Cam Links software.
Edit and modify G-code for part-specific adjustments.
Perform job setups that optimize SFPM.
Verify parts meet tolerance and surface finish standards.
Suggest improvements to machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct daily preventative maintenance on machines.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate:
3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (milling or lathes).
Familiarity with Mazak machines (V550, V515, ATC40, SQT18) and Mazatrol programming preferred.
Experience with Fanuc controllers is a plus.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specs.
Comfortable in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
Willing to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays (preferred but not required).
Additional Info:
Compensation: $25–$30/hr (higher rates considered for 10+ years of experience)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (preferred availability: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (6 months)
