Kitchen Manger

Newly Renovated Cafe Notte a family owned and operated business for 17 years is looking for its newest team player. WE offer a odd situation in the culunery world of a equal work life balance because we understand family is first.
This person will be replacing my husband in the kitchen after 5 years as the lead in the kitchen and Chef/kitchen manager. We have new farm to table recipes from a michelan star chef and are growing. 
The right person will have management skills of boooth people and kitchen. This person should be able to take any position on the line at any time. Inventory, and organization is important. This person will also need to go to shop at local farms or local stores when ever needed to fullfill daily needs.
The current hours of operation at only Wed- Sat open 4-9:30 in the kitchen but prep starts around 12:00. We are flexale with your hours and needs. WE are looking to add an additional day soon and have at least one private event a week.
