Foam Machine Operator.

We are seeking a Foam Machine Operator to play a crucial role in our production process. As a Foam Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our foam saws ( horizontal & Vertical ban Saws) production equipment, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality foam products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor foam production machines, including mixing, pouring, and curing processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on foam production equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed records of production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products as needed

Qualifications:

MUST PASS TAPE MEASURE AND FRACTION TEST

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in operating ban saws production or similar industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
