Manager in Training

The DiFilippo Offices are currently seeking motivated, self driven individuals to join their team as an Entry Level Manager in Training. As we continue to experience significant growth, we are looking to bring in individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and be mentored into a leadership position within our organization. We are looking for a strong leader that has that exceptional self drive to help us expand into the surrounding Iowa areas. You would start out as an Entry Level Manager and we are looking to fast track you to Management to help us lead in the industry! You would be starting on the ground floor with this new opportunity and will have a great advantage in senior Management promotions! You must have a strong work ethic and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train directly under experienced managers to understand business operations
• Develop leadership, and team-building skills
• Supervision of team activity and results
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
• Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
• Daily focus on client management/growth
• Support expansion efforts as we grow throughout Iowa
