Inventory and Production Control Administrative Assistant

Are you a experienced in Administrative Assistant with Inventory and Productional Control and looking for an opportunity to grow? My client needs a reliable Inventory and Production Control Administrator to assist them in starting up, maintaining and growing their business.

• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records of materials and products, monitoring stock levels, and tracking orders.
• Conducting regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and develop inventory strategies.
• Creating and maintaining production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Tracking the progress of production, identifying potential bottlenecks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular),
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory tracking software, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
