We are a high-end custom furniture and architectural millwork shop with over 25 years of experience serving New York’s most discerning clients in hospitality, luxury residential, and commercial real estate. Our work has been featured in restaurants, boutique hotels, branded office spaces, and private residences — delivering exceptional craftsmanship that aligns with each project's design vision.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a polished and well-connected commission-only Sales Representative to introduce our shop to new architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers in the NYC and tri-state area.

About the Role:

This is a relationship-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face meetings, walking job sites, and visiting design offices. You’ll act as the bridge between our shop and the firms shaping some of the most exciting spaces in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with design professionals, developers, and general contractors

  • Visit design offices, job sites, and contractor offices regularly to introduce our capabilities and bid on upcoming projects

  • Understand project specs, timelines, and budgets to provide accurate quoting (with shop support)

  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and RFPs

  • Represent the company with professionalism and an understanding of high-end fabrication

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has an existing network in architecture, interior design, or hospitality construction

  • Understands the sales process in high-end construction or FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment)

  • Is polished, articulate, and knows how to sell without being pushy

  • Comfortable reading basic design specs or shop drawings (or willing to learn)

  • Able to manage own schedule and prioritize in-person meetings

  • Professional presence — you’re someone firms want to work with again

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based with generous rates on closed jobs

  • Commission ranges vary by project size and scope — average project values between $20K–$200K+

  • Bonus opportunities for introducing long-term partners
