Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you'll be a key player in the coordination and execution of a large-scale vertical construction project. You'll support field operations, manage documentation, and ensure that project milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency.

• Prioritize safety in all aspects of daily project activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Support sustainable building practices and LEED coordination.
• Track material deliveries and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on purchasing and scope reviews.
• Maintain progress photos and assist with project reporting.
• Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project close-out, including warranties and final documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar document control systems.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with construction technology platforms.
