Job Description

As a Technician, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools to repair various aspects of office spaces, including flooring, faucets, toilets, door frames, and windows.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to perform repairs on office flooring, faucets, toilets, door frames, and windows.
• Perform maintenance tasks related to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct carpentry work as needed to maintain office facilities.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all repair tasks are completed efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring repair.
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
