Job Description

What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for managing accounts payable across multiple platforms and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day operations. Key duties include:
Prepare and process vendor invoices for posting
Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and utilize 3-way and 2-way matching to ensure invoices are accurate
Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements
Assisting with month-end close and accrual entries
Analyze and process sales and use taxes
Communicating with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
Supporting expense reports and corporate credit card management
What You Bring
High school diploma and relevant business/accounting coursework
Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication across teams and with external partners
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
