Accounts Payable Specialist

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for managing accounts payable across multiple platforms and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day operations. Key duties include:

• Prepare and process vendor invoices for posting

• Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and utilize 3-way and 2-way matching to ensure invoices are accurate

• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements

• Assisting with month-end close and accrual entries

• Analyze and process sales and use taxes

• Communicating with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries

• Supporting expense reports and corporate credit card management

What You Bring

• High school diploma and relevant business/accounting coursework

• Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable or general accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective communication across teams and with external partners

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
