STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Utilizing a knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Ensure all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly
* Work with your team to help meet service goals
* Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant
* Operate cash registers according to cash policies and procedures
* Take orders from customers
* Provide quality service to all customers
* Cross train in different stations
* Standing for at least four hours
* Repetitive bending and stooping as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
* Must be 16 or older
* Authorized to work in the United States
