Companion Care Needed

Currently looking for help for my grandmother's husband. He is recovering from a stroke at home and she is unable to fully care for him on her own. She is hoping to have a little extra support during the week. He is having memory issues which has been taxing on her, so having someone around to help remind him of what he needs to do would be incredibly helpful. Also light housework and meal prep.
