Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation recruitment.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring high-performing brokerage talent.

• Strong industry network and knowledge of market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets.
